Patient Story 1 - CBT

I can't express how grateful I am to my therapist and how much she has helped me in our sessions; I came to CBT feeling really hopeless and isolated, but in our sessions, I felt like I was really being listened to and understood. 

She really listened to me and offered a range of different techniques and types of support to help me challenge my thoughts and because of her support I feel better about myself than I have done in years, and I feel that I can start to enjoy life again.

Patient Story 2 - Employment support

My advisor took the time to listen to my concerns at work, providing useful advice and tools throughout that I can apply in my current role. He also helped me adapt my CV for new jobs in the future and advised how best to tailor cover letters for jobs outside of my current role, focusing on transferable skills.

I’m really thankful for the support and would recommend it to anyone who needs help with workplace stresses or updating CV.

Patient Story 3 - SilverCloud

It has been really good to take stock of my worries and stress, and the plan has been supportive along the way. I am hoping to continue working on this using breathing techniques and positive thinking skills I have learnt.

My therapist has been incredible throughout my therapy. She has listened intently to me, pushed me when I needed it and been so supportive with my needs. I honestly couldn't have done all the work without her and will forever be grateful. 

My journey with her has ended and I will truly miss her and can't thank her enough for all the support she's given me over the last few months. I feel like I really am set to leave my traumas behind me and live the life I deserve.
