Online courses

There are several approved and effected online courses available that can support you in managing your mental wellbeing. All of the online services listed on this page are free to access and most can be accessed without the need of a professional referral. They can be convenient if:

  • you're short of time
  • you have family or work commitments
  • you cannot get out easily

You may find engaging with an online course or therapy helps to improve how you're feeling. If you do not feel better after trying an online service, there are other things you can try such as referring to NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies.
