SilverCloud programmes are designed to help you improve and maintain your wellbeing by changing the way you think and feel about things. There are several free programmes to pick from including positive body image, panic, covid-19, depression, anxiety, stress and many more. JIGSAW is a peer-led support group for relatives and carers supporting a family member with mental illness. You can find out more information on the JIGSAW website.
NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies service is made up of highly skilled clinicians and support staff who are experienced in supporting a wide range of common mental health issues. Mostly this involves ‘talking therapy’ approaches. Talking therapy could involve group discussions or traditional 1:1 therapy such as CBT.
